Thunderstorms in the Mojave Desert

I took a few yesterday of some awesome Thunderstorms building to our North.

13 - 2 desert storm 13 - 4 desert storm 13 - 3 desert storm 13 - 1 desert storm

This is one of those events that make living here definitely worth it.

    Those are the kinda clouds we see over the mountains in San Diego county this time of year. The east slope and the desert gets the rain. Sometimes the thunder bumpers drift to the west and we get a small shower. Cool to watch them build.
