  1. I have to say that it was Lex and the Commentariat that helped me change from a gun phobic idiot to a girl carrying a (concealed) gun. All the gun talk, the military talk – it showed me a different way of considering things. And when The Oracle started drooling over YouTube vids of shooting escapades, that did it. Class taken and permit received all within 4 months.
These days – well let’s just say that the #1 gun store in CT is going to keep it’s status for long time. 🙂

That guy was pretty good with automatic weapons – it is hard to keep it on target. That is why they modified the M16 to fire in only 2 or 3 rnds per burst.

They should have showed the back side of that container too. Of course3 with the .50 that wasn’t necessary 😉

    That remark – by a Texas Ranger – is a classic. Because they don’t make a .46

Kris – sounds like the Oracle and Commentariat were a good influence on you!

Mongo – we are having a good time too!

My wife used to work at the Bass Pro call center here in Springfield Mo. for 5 years, she left about 3 years ago, and during that time, ammunition and gun sales rapidly increased until almost every caliber was back ordered!

Missouri is one of the few states having the law called “The Castle Doctrine” meaning deadly force can be used for defence of the house and it’s inhabitants. There are few break in’s due to this law, and I support anyone legally owning a gun with rational use(we also have concealed carry permits).

  5. Spikkin a which, for those with an interest: Midway special on 5.56 bullets
