Blue Angels Solos Taking Off

Blue Angels Solos Taking Off

Yeah, it was hot and somewhat boring waiting for each act to take off and some of them used the other runway so I missed being close to the F22 low pass at the airport. However, I was able to get really close to the Blue Angels and that was cool.

    They make it look “easy”.

I’ll bet they are glad the Skyhawk era is long gone.

I was surprised – being 20 feet from a stationery Blue Angel at Reno – it needed an engine and I guess “Fat Albert” came through – I am not exaggerating when I say it took no more than 30 minutes from the old one out to the new one in and locked.
