  1. Robin Olds, one of the great ones from our last century. He lived great, and he died great. It’s all good where he’s at now. As I recall, the Triple Nickel, which he commanded, was known as the largest distributor of Mig parts in the world during Vietnam. Some kind of business rep, if you ask me! ;-)

    Gosh I must be getting old – I remember that day like it was yesterday. Not many pilots can become legends in wars 20 years apart – but Gen Olds was one of them. And if Heaven is any kind of place at all, both he and Lex are both at the bar now, swapping stories!
